Simple prices. Nothing per tag, ever.
We've stood in front of enough dead panels to know: when the line is down you need a fix, not a licensing negotiation. So the app is free, Pro is one payment, the device is one price with everything in it — and nothing we make will ever charge you per tag, per seat or per month.
The app, Pro and the device
Mobile app
Available todayA pocket HMI for iPhone and iPad — the 15-minute bridge when a panel dies, and the everyday diagnostics tool afterwards.
- Allen-Bradley Logix, Siemens S7 and Modbus TCP
- Zero-config tag browsing on Logix — the controller hands over its own tag list
- One network scan finds the PLCs on the subnet
- Dashboards, operator panel, alarms — free
- Patent-pending "Find by action" tag discovery
- Writes and machine history are LineKeeper Pro — a one-time purchase, never a subscription
LineKeeper Pro
One payment · the appThe day you need to press Start from the phone. Everything the free app does, plus the two things a real controller needs.
- Write values — buttons that really start and stop the machine
- Every write unlocked per tag, confirmed, range-checked and logged
- Machine history on real controllers
- All three protocols, unlimited machines, unlimited tags
- No subscription — buy it once, keep it
LineKeeper device
Preorder · first batchA plug-in industrial touchscreen that stands in for the dead panel — then stays as the machine's logger, dashboard and live ladder view.
- All Pro features built in — no separate unlock
- Operator panel, live tags, dashboards, up to 5 years of history, live ladder
- Allen-Bradley EtherNet/IP · SLC-500/MicroLogix · PowerFlex · Siemens S7 · Modbus TCP/RTU · OPC UA
- Mounting bracket and power supply in the box
- Software updates included, one tap with automatic rollback
- Ships within 8 weeks of order · full refund before shipping · 30-day money-back after delivery
Also free for everyone — no plan needed: the in-browser HMI project converter. Upload the dead panel's FactoryTalk / TIA Portal / Weintek export and get its buttons, indicators and values back as a LineKeeper screen; the file never leaves your computer.

Long form: device preorder terms.
What you will never pay us for
Industrial software pricing usually punishes you for growing: more tags, more seats, another year, another invoice. We price the thing, not your usage of it — connect one tag or ten thousand, the bill is the same.
- Per tag, per data point, per "monitored asset"
- Per seat, per user, per client screen
- Monthly subscriptions for core features
- Software updates or version upgrades
- Cloud storage — there is no cloud, your data stays in the plant
- Getting help to make it work
Why it's priced like this.
LineKeeper started on a plant floor, not in a pricing
workshop. We've stood in front of dead panels ourselves, waited for quotes measured in
weeks, and watched "solutions" arrive with license calculators attached. We came away
convinced of two things: the fix shouldn't be complicated, and the bill shouldn't need
an explanation. If a price here ever stops being simple, that's a bug — tell us.

Fair questions about money
Is the app really free?
Yes. Downloading the app, browsing every tag, building dashboards and panels, the network scan, alarms and Find by action are free. The only paid thing is LineKeeper Pro — a one-time purchase, no subscription — which unlocks writing values and machine history on real controllers.
What does the device cost?
7″ $800, 10″ $900 — one-time, everything included: hardware, all software features, software updates with automatic rollback, mounting bracket and power supply. No tiers, add-ons or per-tag fees behind it, no subscription. Preorder now; first-batch units ship within 8 weeks of order, and any preorder is fully refundable until the day it ships; after delivery you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund.
Can our plant pay by invoice or PO?
Yes. Card payment on the site goes through Stripe. For an invoice or purchase order, reserve a unit and mention the PO — we send an invoice, NET-30 for plants.
What if you miss the ship window?
The window — within 8 weeks of order — is written next to the button. If we miss it by more than 2 weeks, we email everyone and offer a full refund. Before shipping, a refund is one email at any time, no questions; after delivery, 30 days to send it back.
What does Pro unlock?
LineKeeper Pro is a one-time $59.99 in-app purchase, no subscription. It unlocks writing values — buttons that really start the machine — and machine history on real controllers. Everything else in the app is free.
